John Davies: John is vice president and senior analyst at GreenBiz Group, heading up independent research regarding green strategies and business operations and the sustainability profession. Davies also leads the GreenBiz Executive Network, a member-based, peer-to-peer learning forum for sustainability professionals. The network is made up of senior executives from $1 billion-plus corporations working together to share best practices and lessons learned for implementing sustainable development programs. Davies is an experienced entrepreneur and innovator who has applied his business and management skills to launching start-ups as well as improving the operations of existing businesses. Davies is a frequent keynote speaker at international events, is well-known for his supply chain and sustainability expertise and is the author of numerous articles in business, industry and educational publications. John received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY at Fredonia and his master’s degree from the University of Delaware.

Rubi R Soares is a Senior Sustainability advisor at Pure Strategies, a certified B-corp sustainability consultancy empowers brands and retailers to realize meaningful environmental and social improvement. Pure Strategies has supported clients from Walmart to Seventh Generation to Everlane in developing and working towards sustainability goals. Rubi works with organizations and companies to understand their social and environmental impact and develop meaningful actions to be more responsible to stakeholders. She conducts research and utilizes data, including life cycle analyses, ESG information, and greenhouse gas inventories, to create bespoke goals and strategies. Her particular interests include sustainable fashion, packaging, and recycling.
Adam Siegel: Adam is the CEO and Co-founder of Recurate, which is working to revolutionize resale, one brand at a time. He was formerly the SVP of Innovation & Sustainability at the Retail Industry Leaders Association, where he facilitated collaborations on many pressing industry challenges, including the circular economy. He loves his young son, Joe, and all things outdoors.
Eliza Erskine: Eliza Erskine is the founder of Green Buoy Consulting, a sustainability consultancy that provides ESG consulting, strategy and B Corp certification to high-growth companies. She has a Master’s in Sustainability from the Harvard Extension School and a BA in Business Administration from Boston University. Eliza grew up in the Pacific Northwest and lives in New York City. Her work focuses on high growth companies across industries and delivers results including 30% average annual energy savings and adding an average of 38 points to clients’ B Corp assessments.
