Welcome back from your summers! In our next event, we will hold an “Entrepreneur’s Q&A” about the new United States policy environment that we find ourselves in due to the Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPS Act. Format: one entrepreneur (whom we’ve already selected) will pose questions from our community to speakers: a representative from a law firm well-versed in the IRA (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati) and 2) at least one policy expert.
Rationale: in our Slack community, we’ve seen a LOT of interest in the IRA, and we want to answer entrepreneurs’ questions on how to make progress in this new policy environment. There has been interest in 45Q in particular, as well as also how non-DAC companies can benefit within the new policy frameworks.
