Q: Tell us about your organization.
We upgrade existing gasoline distribution infrastructure and convenience stores into energy hubs, but putting a 350kWh battery that can serve EV charging, and provide backup power to communities in case of power failures.
Q: What advice would you give to people in midlife who want to transition to a green job?
Green jobs, or the sustainability industry is poised to become the fastest growing field in every sector, as we now realize that sustainable practices are not a cost sink for business activities, rather a long term way of surviving the business and the planet.
Q: What are the skills that you believe will be required most in the short-medium term in your industry?
We always need engineers-electrical and mechanical, data scientists with skills in data wrangling and machine learning, and policy and city permitting experts.
